Tomato-Okra Side Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. canned tomatoes or cooked fresh ones
    10 to 12 okra pods, sliced
    8 oz. corn
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1 level Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Pour tomatoes into kettle; put sliced okra pods in tomatoes and add corn.
    Season to taste with salt and sugar.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Lower heat and cook until vegetables are done.
    Serve in a small bowl with meal.
    Serves 10.
