Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 to 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    Ritz crackers (optional)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until almost done; drain.
    Combine all other ingredients; stir in broccoli.
    Put into Pam sprayed 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers; dot with butter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
