Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 pieces white or dark meat
    2 onions, chopped
    1/2 green onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 large can tomato sauce
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 can mushroom pieces
    1 can shredded cheese
Preparation
    Dip chicken in flour.
    Brown in fat.
    Remove from bone.
    Place in casserole dish with sauteed onions and peppers.
    Add seasonings, tomato sauce and water.
    Pour over chicken.
    Add mushrooms.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle cheese over casserole 15 minutes before removing from oven.
