Rice And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice
    2 cloves garlic
    1 onion
    1 zucchini
    1 small jar mushrooms
    1 can either kidney beans or black beans
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed.
    Set aside.
    Chop garlic, onion and zucchini into small pieces.
    Fry garlic, onion and zucchini in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Drain mushrooms and add to frypan.
    Drain and rinse beans and add to frypan.
    Mix cooked rice in with vegetables.
    Top with your favorite sauce (soy, sweet and sour) or cheese.
