Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, rinsed in cold water, without juice and seeds, finely ground
    3/4 c. ground bell pepper (without seeds)
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Bring peppers, sugar and vinegar to a hard rolling boil. Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Skim off foam.
    Mix in Certo.
    Add a few drops of food coloring.
    Pour in jars with screw top or cover with paraffin.
    Serve with cream cheese or Wheat Thins, Triscuits or cracker of your choice.
