Light And Creamy Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pumpkin, canned
    1/2 c. cold milk
    1 (6 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    3 1/2 c. Cool Whip (medium size)
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Combine pumpkin, milk, pudding (dry) and spice. Beat until well blended. Fold in 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spoon into crust. Top with remaining topping.
