Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onions
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
10 oz. box frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. half and half
Preparation

Melt butter and cook
onions
in
it until tender.
Add flour and cook 1
minute
until
thick.
Stir
in
broth
and broccoli. Bring to a
boil
and
reduce heat and simmer until broccoli is tender.
Stir in half and half and just cook until heated through. Serves 2 to 4.
