Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole or cut-up chicken
    2 doz. corn tortillas
    10 oz. Longhorn cheese, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook chicken in crock-pot and debone.
    Simmer the soup with the green chilies until smooth.
    May need to add a little water to soup mixture.
