Stina Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stack saltine crackers
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 c. light brown sugar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Spray large jelly roll pan with Pam cooking spray.
Line with foil.
Spray foil with Pam.
Line foil with crackers (single layer).
Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan until well blended.
Bring to boil stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in soda.
Spread over crackers evenly (may have to press crackers back down).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Spread chocolate chips over and let stand until melted.
Spread with back of spoon over pan evenly.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Chill until set.
Cut into squares.
