Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour once and measure; add baking powder and sift again. Cream butter; add sugar gradually and cream.
    Add beaten egg, then flour alternately with milk; beat.
    In heavy skillet, melt 4 tablespoons butter; add 1 cup brown sugar.
    Stir until melted. Add batter over skillet covered with pineapple.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
