Leah'S Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts
1 - 29 oz. can sliced peaches
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Lightly grease an 8 x 12 inch pan.
Pour peaches into pan. Mix together sugar and nutmeg.
Sprinkle over peaches.
Melt butter and pour over sugar and peaches.
Cover top with pie crust, torn into pieces.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until crust is golden brown.
