White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. candied cherries (1/2 red, 1/2 green)
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    1 lb. shelled pecans
    4 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    1 lb. butter
    2 oz. lemon extract
    8 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream the butter, eggs, sugar and 1 cup flour.
    Use other flour to coat fruit. Add to mixture. Add nuts. Add flavoring last and bake at 275\u00b0.
    Cook with a pan of water under it. Takes about 3 hours to cook. Line your ungreased tube pan with 2 layers of brown paper.
