Peaches And Cream Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. oleo
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. complete buttermilk pancake mix
    1 tsp. rum
    4 large peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped or 16 oz. pkg. frozen peaches, unsweetened
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Line with wax paper; grease paper with oleo.
