Potato Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes
    2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook unpeeled potatoes until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Cool, peel and grate into large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients, except paprika.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours, covered, or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
