Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.
    Remove potatoes from water and put in bag and shake, coating potatoes well with mixture. Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once during baking. Done when golden brown.
