Ingredients

6 oz. German sweet chocolate, melted
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
4 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
4 oz. coffee, cooled down (1/2 c.)
1 qt. heavy cream
Preparation

Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Mix egg yolks and sugar very well.
Add coffee once cooled, then add chocolate.
Beat heavy cream to form whipping cream.
Fold into chocolate mixture and freeze until ready to use.
