Mock Pink Champagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. cranberry juice
    red food coloring
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 (7 oz.) bottles lemon-lime carbonated beverage
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool.
    Stir in juices; chill.
