Chick 'N Ham Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate (optional)
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. celery
    1 medium dried onion
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    (If you do not use monosodium glutamate, substitute 1/4 teaspoon of sugar.)
