Buttermilk Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut up, or 4 large chicken breasts
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Dip chicken in 1
    cup
    buttermilk,
    then roll in flour, seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and put chicken
    skin side down.
    Bake, uncovered, in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Turn
    chicken
    and bake 15 minutes more. Blend remaining 1 cup
    of
    buttermilk
    and
    soup.
    Pour
    over chicken. Bake 15 minutes more or until done.
    Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
