Fudge Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
    Mix sugar and cocoa in small bowl.
    Sprinkle cocoa mixture over top of mixture in pan.
    Add hot water over top.
    Do not mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
