Billie Doris Warren'S Pineapple Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
1 (No. 303) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Make a well and add oil, eggs, pineapple and vanilla.
Stir well until mixed.
Pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
