Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 extra large potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. milk, heated
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    10 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0 or until done. Cool slightly. Cut thin slice from top of potatoes. Scoop out potatoes and mash. Blend in sour cream, milk, cheese, butter, salt and pepper, beating with electric mixer until fluffy. Spoon mixture into potato shells. Sprinkle with bacon. Put on baking sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
