Barbecued Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 1/2 lb. steak, cut 1 1/2 inches thick and 1 inch wide
    1 minced clove garlic
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Brown steak; simmer for 3 minutes.
    Pour over before covering.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.
    Yields 4 servings.
