Blue Cheese Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground turkey
1/2 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. green onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine meat with cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Shape into 24 meatballs.
Cook in butter until cooked through.
When cooked, remove with slotted spoon and put in serving dish.
Add whipping cream to pan drippings.
Cook over medium heat, stirring, about 5 minutes.
Spoon glaze over meatballs.
