Ruby Red Cranberry Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen cranberries
    3 c. cider vinegar
    2/3 c. honey
    2 (2-inch) cinnamon sticks
Preparation
    Rinse cranberries and place in a large glass jar.
    Combine vinegar, honey and cinnamon sticks in a medium saucepan; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Let cool until mixture is warm to the touch, not hot.
    Pour over berries.
    Be sure to include cinnamon sticks. Cover jar; let mixture sit for 1 to 2 weeks.
    Strain vinegar and pour into a clean decorative bottle.
