Crock-Pot Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves bread, torn up
    3/4 c. celery
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1 stick butter
    1/4 to 1/2 c. cooked rice
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well.
    If too dry, add a little water.
    Spray crock-pot with Pam.
    Place filling in pot and cook on high until pot feels very warm to touch.
    Turn on low for remainder of cooking time (approximately 3 hours total cooking time).
    Stir once during cooking.
