Cheesecake (2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all but 1 c. of cake mix with oil and 1 egg. Mix until it crumbles. Press in bottom and halfway up sides of cake pan.
    Blend softened cream cheese and sugar. Add remaining 3 eggs and the remaining cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. On low speed add milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour into crust and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45-50 minutes or until done. Let cool and top with pie filling. Keep refrigerated.
