Texican Taters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baked potatoes
1 lb. ground turkey
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. chunky salsa
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute turkey and onion 5 to 8 minutes.
Stir in 1 teaspoon salt, chili powder and salsa. Cook 5 minutes. Cut tops off potatoes. Remove pulp, reserving shells. Add milk, sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to potatoes. Whip until smooth. Fold in turkey mixture and half of cheese. Spoon into potato shells. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
