Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Mix eggs, oil and sugar until creamy.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 60 minutes.
