Wyatt'S Pecan Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beaten until light and foamy
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. Ritz crackers crumbs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    butter
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped and sweetened to taste
Preparation
    Beat first three ingredients until stiff; fold in cracker crumbs and pecans.
    Grease a 9-inch pie pan with butter and pour in mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    When cool, top with sweetened whipped cream.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
