Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
4 c. plain flour
Preparation

In a large bowl, which is capable of being covered tightly, beat egg; add salt, cooking oil and sugar.
Blend well.
Add 1 cup hot water.
Blend well.
Add 2 cups flour.
Blend well . Add yeast and blend well.
Add 2 more cups flour and blend.
Cover and refrigerate.
When doubled in size, punch down dough.
Form rolls by hand or roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.
Dip half of roll in butter and fold over.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Allow to rise in warm place until doubled in size.
Bake until golden brown in a 425\u00b0 oven.
