Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 chopped bell pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion, celery and bell pepper.
    Drain and add soy sauce.
    Add cooked rice; mix well.
    Turn heat to low. Place lid on skillet and steam for 10 minutes.
    Add more soy sauce when served, if needed.
