Dough For Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 whole eggs, beaten by wire whip
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1 1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Knead in bowl (until arm is tired)
    then divide into 6 parts.
    Brush with melted oleo, cover and
    let rest in warm place for about 20 minutes.
    Roll out
    on floured cup towel and stretch where necessary.
    Brush oleo
    on rolled
    out
    dough.
    Sprinkle
    with
    crumbs (crushed vanilla wafers
    and bread crumbs or corn flakes).
    Add slices apples
    with skin.
    Sprinkle with at least 1/2 cup of cinnamon sugar.
    Add pecans and coconut in layers.
    Then roll into log, pinch ends and brush with melted oleo.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Butter and sprinkle sugar on top.
