Chicken-Sausage Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean sausage
1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. long grain rice (white or brown)
1 envelope Lipton chicken noodle soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
Preparation

Saute sausage and drain.
Saute vegetables and drain.
Cook soup according to directions.
Add 1 extra cup of water and a cup of rice.
Cook with soup until rice is tender.
Combine all ingredients.
Add cream of chicken soup.
Mix well.
Bake in deep casserole dish one hour or until brown.
Drain grease from top when done.
