Corn And Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black pinto or kidney beans
    1 (8 oz.) can corn
    1 c. chopped green or red pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Drain and rinse beans.
    Drain corn.
    Mix together with pepper and onion in a refrigerator bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients with wire whisk; pour over veggies and stir to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
