Lemon Rub Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    4 eggs (unbeaten)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine sugar, flour and corn meal. Add eggs, melted butter, milk, lemon rind and lemon juice.
    Beat with electric mixer until blended.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until top is a pretty brown.
    Cut while warm.
