Veal Alla Bistrot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. sliced veal
5 oz. Swiss cheese
5 oz. Prosciutto
2 eggs
10 oz. seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place egg whites and yolks into bowl and beat until smooth. Dip veal strips into batter until covered.
Wrap Swiss cheese first, then Prosciutto around veal, then dip again into egg batter.
Cover both sides with bread crumbs and place into preheated frying pan with olive oil.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese to taste and fry to a golden brown.
Serve with Italian bread, garden salad and beverage of your choice.
