Cat Skinner Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
3/4 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed for 5 minutes. Fold in the drained pineapple and pecans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done in a 9 x 13 pan.
