Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut, drained
1 small can mushrooms, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 whole onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) can chopped tomatoes with juice
1 large link fully cooked Polish sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
Preparation

Drain the sauerkraut and set aside. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large saucepan, saut mushrooms, peppers and onions in a little butter until soft. Add sauerkraut, tomatoes and sliced sausage mixing well after each addition.
Place in a covered dish and bake for 1 hour.
If casserole is too juicy, uncover and bake for additional 30 minutes.
