Chicken-Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. regular rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Arrange rice in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Combine soups in large saucepan.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Heat over medium heat.
    Pour over rice layer.
    Arrange chicken over rice. Sprinkle with dry soup mix.
    Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours or until chicken is tender. Makes 6 servings.
