Gina'S Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. soft cream cheese
    4 oz. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    4 oz. diced black olives
    4 oz. diced green chiles
    1 pkg. dry ranch dressing
    garlic powder to taste
    cumin to taste
    5 large tortillas
    salsa
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except tortillas and salsa.
    Spread mixture onto tortillas.
    Roll up tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Slice with electric knife.
    Serve with salsa.
