Sausage Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 lb. pork sausage
    4 medium onions, chopped
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning and sage to taste
    salt to taste
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. parsley
    1 1/2 qt. stale bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown sausage with all ingredients except bread crumbs.
    Add to bread crumbs.
    Moisten with warm water until \"sticky\" mixture. Stuff a 15 to 19-pound turkey.
    Extra dressing may be cooked in covered buttered casserole for about 1 1/2 hours.
