Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, diced and browned in 2 Tbsp. oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Core cabbage and bring to boil.
    Cook about 5 minutes.
    Remove leaves as they cook; cool and drain.
    Mix hamburger, rice and seasonings.
    Drop a tablespoon of mixture on stem end of each cabbage leaf.
    Roll up.
    Place in casserole.
    Pour tomato sauce on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
