14 Karat Gold Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2/3 c. boiling water
    2/3 c. juice from pineapple
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. carrots, finely grated
    2/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Add juice, vinegar and milk. In mixer or blender, add cream cheese and blend until smooth.
    Add carrots and pineapple. Pour into prepared 2-quart mold.
    Chill until set.
