Curried Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken flavored rice (6 or 7 oz.), cooked to pkg. directions except omit butter
3 green onions and tops, sliced
10 pimento stuffed green olives, sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained well
1 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine all with cooked rice when it is cool.
Chill at least 6 hours.
Serve on lettuce garnished with cherry tomato and olives.
