1 (5 lb.) trimmed beef brisket
salt
ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 c. chipotic-flavor chunky salsa
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
sandwich rolls or buns
Preparation

Season brisket with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place in 3-quart shallow baking dish. Mix salsa, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Spread over brisket. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
