Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice and rind of 1 lemon
2 eggs, separate yolks and whites
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter, creamed
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix all together.
Beat egg whites stiff.
Add last of all. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake as you would a cake.
