Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. season salt
3/4 tsp. paprika
2 to 4 drops hot sauce (optional)
2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together, blending well. Stir in remaining ingredients and divide into 2 balls. Chill for about 2 hours. Roll balls in chopped pecans.
