Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
    1/2 c. ham or bacon, cooked and cut in small pieces
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except cheese and meat in blender.
    Mix for a few seconds.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese and meat and push gently below the surface with back of a spoon.
    Pie pan will be full to the rim.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
    Allow to set for 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 6 to 8.
