Stir-Fry Style Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    soy sauce
    garlic powder
    1/2 c. fresh snow peas
    1/4 sweet pepper
    1 boneless chicken breasts (remove skin)
    2 slices onion
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips.
    Cut pepper into strips.
    Divide onion into rings.
    On a sheet of heavy-duty foil, place chicken breast with soy sauce and sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Top with vegetables and water.
    Sprinkle with parsley and salt and add garlic powder to taste.
    Wrap in foil, using 1 layer of wet paper and foil.
    Place on coals for 1/2 hour, turning in 15 minutes. Makes one serving.
